Let's begin. I started with younique back in September! So I am pretty new to the Younique company. However I am Old with Direct sales & Marketing. About 5 years in. So I Know what I am doing! I decided to join Younique because getting paid with younique is super simple compared to the other companies I am with Or have been with. Also, Younique pays daily, and I LOVE Makeup! I mean what girl doesnt love makeup?! ;)

So Younique is a Direct Sales Company. Similar to Avon or Mary kay just WAY Better! ALSO I really want to Clear the Air before it gets crazy with the comments OR thoughts OR Rumors! First of all, being with younique YOU. DO. NOT. Need to hold ANY inventory at all!!!! NO INVENTORY! You do not get left with products or whatever. Alot of people get scared because they think that being with Younique you will have to order products and if you don't sell them you get screwed over. However this is COMPLETELY False!!! You do not get stuck with any products because YOU are NOT suppose to order them & keep them as inventory. You are SUPPOSE to tell people to order from your website (which is free, btw.)

I have tried several different companies in the past. This one might just be my Favorite! Simply because its Make-up!! :D How exciting! What every girl LOVES! "No, I will not join your business.

No, I am not interested in “joining forces” with your company. No, I don’t care about a new $10 iPhone app that’s going to pay me a gazillion dollars.

Why?

Well, it’s the same reason I didn't join the other 6 businesses I was pitched this week.

And, with no disrespect intended, it’s why I also won’t join yours.

And it’s the same reason that you’re not likely to enroll any top-earners who are actively building THEIR business.

The reason? Because we chose our company deliberately (not on a whim).

We chose it for a variety of reason (that are not easily swayed)….and we have an actual blueprint for reaching our goals (that we look at daily)…..and we’re actively making progress toward that goal (by consistently working the business every day and not getting sidetracked.

Read that again. Because it’ll save you some time when you think about pitching someone who’s actively and passionately building their business successfully.

The reason we ARE successful is because we’re not distracting ourselves with every “latest, greatest, hottest deal” that comes down the pike.

And since I’m on the topic….can I offer you a bit of advice?

If you’re one of those people who are in a new deal every few weeks….stop it.

Just stop it.

You’re ruining your credibility.

It doesn't take more than a few moves for people to start seeing you as someone who can’t stay focused doesn't stay anywhere for long. Or that you don’t finish what you start

So, please…for your own sake: stop jumping around.

The corollary to that is that you should also stop trying to build 3-4 companies at once.

You look like you have no focus (because you don’t).

The term “adding another company to my portfolio” or “adding another company to my quiver” are terms you will never hear from a person who’s earning serious money in this business.

Seriously: I challenge you to go find a list of people who are consistently making $100,000 per month in their network marketing business who’s actively building 2-3 other deals simultaneously.

Take your time. You’ll need it.

Bottom line: You CAN be wildly successful in this industry.

But, it will come when you get focused on one opportunity, put your blinders on and go to work." - Tony Rush.

COLLEGE GRAD OR NETWORK MARKETER?? 

Somebody asked me why i didn't go to college, I said because my goal is to be a millionaire. He said how i said by doing network marketing he said explain. well this is what i said.

.....Every 10 years, 100,000 new MLM millionaires are made in the us alone. That is about 10,000 new network marketing millionaires alone. That is about 10,000 new network marketing millionaires every single year!!! Can you say that about the job you have now??? He said no.

I said the only difference is i can be a millionaire & i dont need a degree. The average college grad coming out is making 30k a year, four years worth of work. If you follow a system in a network marketing company you can be a making a million in one to two years if you work hard enough.

....You can pick to be a college grad and giving back loans or start your own business and make a small investment and find like minded people to connect with and make some serious money by learning as well from other like minded people. On top of that MLM recently passed Real Estate for producing the most Millonaires it's not by mistake that you have billonaires on the forbes list trying to buy a MLM company or start one.
